Convinced that “we’re all in this together”, the Ride Family Foundation is committed to launching and sustaining worthwile projects that align with the Ride family’s core values and interests.

SPECIFICALLY, THE FOUNDATION’S FOCUS INCLUDES:

• Co-sponsoring with universities, schools, and local organizations STEM Festivals for girls and underserved communities, honoring Dr. Sally K. Ride and her astronaut colleagues in their tireless efforts to “make STEM exciting” for kids.
• Supporting the efforts of small-scale, local programs and projects that lead in efforts to model and teach sustainability, with an emphasis on organic agricultural methods.
• Supporting projects advocating justice and LGBTQ rights in social and religious institutions.
